All orders $99.99+ will receive FREE SHIPPING!

My processing time for “ready to ship” items is 3-7 business days. My processing time for custom/commission items are 7-15 business days as everything I create is handmade/handcrafted. 

Once I print your shipping label, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to stay updated with your package! I only ship through USPS at the moment. My drop off days are Tuesday’s and Thursday’s!

Raisa’s Aesthetics is NOT responsible for broken, stolen, or lost items. When your order is sent out, it is then out of my control and USPS claims full responsibility. It is up to the customer to report damaged/lost items to USPS. You are able to file a claim on the USPS website.
